Autumn Term 1 - Week 4:

The children in Year 6 have had another busy week this week.  They began by starting their new English topic based on the novel by Ross Welford, 'The 1000 Year Old Boy' and carried out some amazing hot seating based on the main character, Alfie, where they asked questions about what it was like to have eternal life.

In PE, the children have continued to develop their netball skills by focusing on defending.  In their fitness work, the children worked really hard to develop their skipping skills too.

On Friday, the class continued with their surrealism artwork, this week focusing on automatism.  They then finished off the week with a lesson about online safety, learning about the importance of keeping passwords secure and privacy settings set to the maximum level.
