Autumn Term 2 - Week 3

This week has been seen the first days of snow during this year’s winter. On Tuesday morning, the children spent breaktime building snowmen on the field - showing collaboration skills really well - to create some impressive creations.

Also this week, the children took part in a fabulous trip to the Open Centre in Derby.  The class visited three different places of worship - a mosque, a temple and a gurdwara - and enjoyed learning about different cultures and religions.  At both the temple and the gurdwara, the children were also given gifts of food as part of their welcome which they all enjoyed.
